Zoe Davies
Co-Founder
Zoe has spent her career on the front lines of SaaS Sales. With stops at Blackbaud, BMC, and Sprinklr, she has been a consistent top performer as a Major Account Director and Sales Leader. At Sprinklr, she ran UK Sales teams before taking on global responsibility for sales and customer success enablement during their IPO journey, scaling from $170M to $700M ARR. She’s built the frameworks and processes that turn good sales teams into great ones.
Bill Ingram
Co-Founder
Bill has been in the founder’s seat, scaling SaaS companies from startup to successful exit. He founded and exited BlueGlue and One Hiring to PE, giving him firsthand experience of what it takes to build valuable, scalable businesses. Beyond his own ventures, Bill has scaled 100+ tech startups including household names like LoveFilm, Zoopla, Funding Circle, Shazam, and Cybersource. He knows what works because he’s lived it.

Julien Alteirac

Julien founded Snowflake’s EMEA operations and served as EMEA AVP through their IPO journey. With previous sales leadership roles at Fuze and BMC Software, he brings deep enterprise SaaS expertise and knows how to build and scale international operations.
Ian Burley
Non Exec
Ian was UK VP at Snowflake through their IPO journey and spent 9 years as a sales leader at BMC Software. Most recently, he serves as EMEA VP at Benchling, bringing extensive experience in scaling high-growth SaaS companies across different market segments.
